A lifelong resident of Utah, Cindee currently resides in Stansbury Park with her husband and six children.
She is a recent graduate from the University of Utah, having obtained a bachelor’s degree in political science. In her academic pursuits, she has had the pleasure of working with our Utah State Legislature and with the United States Surgeon General, Dr. Regina Benjamin in our Nation’s Capital via the Hinckley Institute of Politics.
Cindee’s education and experiences have prepared her with the knowledge of how our government works and what it takes to get things accomplished, especially at the state level.
House District 68 is one of the largest districts in the US and covers over five counties: Beaver, Millard, Juab, Tooele, & Utah. Although our district may be large, she believes that everyone who lives here can unite around most of the same issues. There are important decisions that need to be made such as:
- More funding for education
- Preserving our air and water quality
- Ensuring full Medicaid expansion to cover the more than 90,000 most vulnerable people in Utah
CINDEE IS NOT A PROFESSIONAL POLITICIAN. No catchy phrases or slogans here. What she does have is an understanding of the needs of our district, a compassion for all of our neighbors, and a dedication to do whatever it takes to find solutions that benefit us all.
